Order Processing and Delivery Schedule:

  • Transit Time: 2-3 Business days ( Monday-Sunday)
  • Total delivery time: Estimated delivery time based on customer locations. All destinations: 2-4 business days

Due to the bespoke nature of our wellness systems, lead times for Red Light Therapy Beds and Hydrotherapy Beds are typically up to 8 weeks from order confirmation and deposit payment. This timeframe may vary depending on custom specifications, and in some cases, delivery may be completed sooner

Order Confirmation:

After placing your order, you will receive an email with your order number and details. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link. Additionally, we will notify you via email upon delivery of your order.

Lost Packages:
