At Revive Co., we ensure each product arrives in perfect condition. Because our equipment is specialist and hygienesensitive, our returns policy is strict. Please read carefully below.
1. Non-Returnable Items
Once equipment has been delivered to your address, we cannot accept returns unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival. This policy helps us maintain product integrity and hygiene standards.
2. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your product arrives with damage or develops a fault, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Email us at hello@revivecompany.co.uk or call 0330 043 3492.
We may ask you to provide photographs or evidence. Once confirmed, we will arrange replacement or repair at no extra cost.
3. Returns Authorisation
All returns require prior authorisation. Please contact us for return instructions. Unauthorised returns may be refused or returned at your cost.

5. Refunds
If a return or replacement is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
5. Additional Conditions
Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.
We reserve the right to reduce refunds if parts are missing or the item is returned damaged beyond the original defect.
